Wedge Wire Screens & Vessel Internals
Profile (V-wire) screens welded to support rods, giving a precise continuous slot that resists blinding and is strong enough to carry catalyst beds and media.
Wedge wire is the material of choice for vessel internals where strength, accurate slot size and low pressure drop matter: catalyst and media support grids, outlet collectors, coalescer supports, laterals, nozzles and tee screens.
We fabricate flat, cylindrical and conical screens to drawing. Large grids are split into sections that pass through the vessel manway and are bolted together inside. For the finest slots, special alloys and large welded screens we also supply Trislot® wedge wire, made in Belgium.
