Site Measurement & Inspection
Our engineers survey vessels and columns on site: internals condition, nozzle and manway sizes, support rings and clearances, so replacements fit first time.
Engineering Review & Column Optimisation
Design review of trays, packing and internals: material and energy balance, hydraulic checks against design limits, and recommended modifications to raise efficiency and cut energy use.
Reverse Engineering, Any Original Make
Obsolete or imported internals are measured, drawn and rebuilt locally: strainer baskets, demister pads, trays, distributors and wedge wire screens, with drawings submitted for approval.
Turnaround & Shutdown Support
Materials and fabrication slots reserved ahead of your shutdown window, expedited work when scope grows, and delivery by road or air freight across Peninsular Malaysia, Sarawak and Singapore.
Installation, Supervision & Commissioning
Supervisors and skilled installers for demister, packing, tray and distributor replacement, from dismantling and cleaning to reinstallation and commissioning.
Weld Repair & Vessel Alteration (JKKP)
Repair and alteration procedures for vessels and drums prepared for DOSH (JKKP) approval, then executed by qualified welders under our PVM01 / PVR01 licence.
Refurbishment & Remeshing
Remeshing of filter leaves, strainer baskets and sieves, demister pad repair and re-knitting, with mesh verification and PMI on alloy parts.
Inspection, Testing & Documents
Hydrostatic and leak tests, PT / MT / UT / RT as specified, PMI, dimensional reports and EN 10204 3.1 certificates, packaged to your PO and ITP.

Trial-Assembled Before It Leaves Senai
Large internals such as demister packages, trays, distributors and support grids are laid out and checked on our shop floor before dispatch, so sections fit through the manway and assemble without surprises during a short shutdown.

Site visit and measurement, then design and supply of a 1,300 × 1,700 × 100 mm SS304 pad in 4 sections with support grids. Delivered through a maintenance contractor.
Wire-Mesh Screen Grids
SS304 wire-mesh screens for Ø2,286 mm grids in 3 sections, SS321 mesh rolls, bolting and fixings.
Reusable Diesel Filter Elements
16 reusable SS316 elements for a diesel product filter, re-meshing of Inconel basket elements and basket modification.
Wedge Wire Tee Screens
Repair of one and supply of three 10-inch SS316L tee screen elements, 0.25 mm slot.
Demister Pads with Site Installation
SS304 pads Ø1,218 mm and Ø861 mm with grids and fixings, plus engineer inspection, installation labour and commissioning on site.
Scrubber and Absorber Internals
SS316L pipe risers, riser tube sheets and inlet distributors for scrubbers and an absorber, with installation tools.
Site Survey and Knock-Out Drum Demisters
Site measurement and inspection by our engineers, then SS304L pads Ø1,800 mm (2 sets) and 686 × 686 mm with support grids.
