Structured Packing
Corrugated sheet, wire gauze and grid packing that gives high efficiency and capacity at low pressure drop, supplied in modules sized to pass your manway.
Structured packing is built from corrugated layers set at 45° (Y type, better efficiency) or 60° (X type, lower pressure drop). We supply sheet-metal packing from 64 to 500 m²/m³, wire gauze packing for vacuum and fine distillation, and grid packing for fouling and coking service.
Recent projects include more than 50 m³ for a 4.2 m stripper and expedited supply for two columns of 2.9 m and 3.95 m diameter, delivered with distributors, support grids and site installation support.

Packing Types
Sheet-Metal Packing
Corrugated, perforated sheet in 45° (Y) or 60° (X) inclination; the general-purpose choice.
Wire Gauze Packing
Woven wire gauze for very high efficiency and low pressure drop in vacuum and fine distillation. Not for fouling or strongly corrosive media.
Grid Packing
Robust open grids for plugging, coking, erosion and solids-laden service, easy to clean.
