Fraser Uniquip designs and packages process equipment for oil, gas and petrochemical plants from Kuala Lumpur and Sydney. Since 2012 our Senai workshop has built the internals that go inside their vessels, to their drawings and inspection plans: pipe risers and riser tube sheets, packed-bed distributors and bed supports, inlet distributors, distributor and anti-surge baffles, mesh and vane modules, and the inducers for a 24-inch inline gas separator for PETRONAS PGB. Repeat orders over ten years, each shipped with material certificates and a data book.
Demister Pad Replacement, LNG Plant
SS304 knitted-mesh demister pad Ø2,100 mm × 100 mm in 7 sections with support grids, cleats and clamps: fabricated in 10 days and air-freighted to East Malaysia.

Site Survey and Rectangular Demister
