Sintered Mesh Filters
Several layers of woven wire mesh sintered into one rigid filter medium: an exact micron rating, high strength and elements that can be cleaned and used again.
Sintered mesh is used where single-layer mesh is too weak or too coarse: fine filtration under high differential pressure, hot service, gas filtration and back-washable candles.
A typical 5-layer construction combines a protective layer, the fine control layer and coarse support layers. We form it into cartridges, candles, discs, cones and baskets that fit existing housings.
